2. Reservations and Cancellations
Reservations are recommended for dine-in service, especially during peak hours. We kindly ask that you notify us at least 2 hours in advance if you need to cancel or adjust your reservation.
3. Online Orders and Takeout
Online and phone-in orders are available for pickup only. Payment must be completed at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for incorrect orders placed due to user error. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve it.
4. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions
We take food allergies and dietary restrictions seriously. While we strive to accommodate all requests, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment due to shared kitchen equipment. Please inform your server of any allergies or restrictions before ordering.
5. Gift Cards
Gift cards are available for purchase and are redeemable only at Bon Appétit. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, unless required by law.
